Cleansing Operative

• Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hr paye
• Location: Near Attercliffe, for Sheffield City Council
• Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (3 months)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Shifts between 6:30am - 8:00am & 3:30pm - 6:30pm

Sheffield City Council are looking for a part-time Cleansing Operative for a temporary assignment lasting 3 months. The role involves working across two sites near Attercliffe. Candidates should be physically fit as the job may require lifting heavy items.

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks at two designated sites.
• Ensure areas are kept clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
• Operate cleaning equipment as necessary.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Manage time effectively to cover two sites within the allocated shifts.

• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor tasks.
• Ability to work early morning and late afternoon shifts.
• Good time management skills to handle responsibilities across multiple locations.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
