A growing and successful firm of chartered accountants is searching for a Client Portfolio Manager who can oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service and delivery of accounting, tax and wider services. This role is based in Bridgwater and requires an individual with strong technical expertise within accountancy practice, seeking the opportunity to progress within their career.

Description

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring all deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide expert advice on accounting and finance matters to clients within the professional services industry.
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients and support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Support junior staff by providing guidance and overseeing their work where necessary.

Profile

A successful Client Portfolio Manager should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing client portfolios within the accountancy practice sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax and wider service provision.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Job Offer
