Candidate responsibilities:

• Log all communications and client details in the company CRM
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handovers
• Conduct a post move in call with follow up emails
• Arrange courtesy calls midway through contracts
• Actively encourage client referrals

Skills needed

• Excellent customer service
• Resilient
• Well-presented individual
• Confident user of Microsoft 365
