Clip n Climb Instructor - Part Time - Stour Centre

From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

Clip and Climb is a fun climbing concept, where kids can enjoy some healthy action-packed fun. We are looking for like minded Instructors, to join the Clip and Climb team.You will be responsible for the safety and welfare of customers placed under our care, delivering excellent customer service when assisting parents as well as their children, ensuring a fun and enjoyable time is had by all. You will also complete the administration for children's parties, ensuring the requirements for the party are as requested. You will have previous experience of working with children and a passion for facilitating children’s development.

Hours: 20 hours per week - Monday to Sunday (Rota basis)

• Excellent interpersonal skills with fellow team members, parents and children alike.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to use initiative.
• To deliver a safe and enjoyable clip n climb session.
• Good organisation skills.
• Desire to learn and improve knowledge/experience with potential to further qualifications.
• Must be able to adapt and be flexible with differing hours from time to time.
• To provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with other dry side activities from time to time.
• To complete administration for parties.
• DBS Check.
