Pay: £95.00 - £115.00 Per Day

The Role:

Veritas Education are working with a college setting in the Leeds area looking for a 1:1/medical support assistant for the new academic year in September 2025. The college setting are looking for a 1:1 Support staff member, who is able to help a specific learner with medical needs, alongside supporting them within their educational timetable.

Requirements:

• Able to support on a 1:1 basis with a learner aged 14+
• Comfortable assisting with medical needs, supporting and helping with specific elements of pre-planned medical care. This may involve support whilst changing or with medication.
• Confident in supporting a range of vocational lessons for 14+ learners, working across both academic and practical sessions
• The ideal support staff member will be proactive within lessons, appropriate and professional when supporting with medical care, and deliver a level of learner centred care across the role.
