An established and respected regional law firm with a strong presence in Kent is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its friendly and collaborative team based in Margate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a broad client base on high-quality matters while enjoying a genuine work-life balance in a coastal location.

The Role
You'll handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease renewals and assignments
• Commercial leases
• Property finance
• Development work

You'll also have the opportunity to build your own client base and play a part in the growth and development of the department.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge and a confident, client-facing approach
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• An interest in developing long-term client relationships and participating in business development
