A leading regional law firm with a strong reputation in the South East is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take on a broad range of quality work within a supportive and client-focused environment.

The Role
You will handle a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
• Lease renewals and assignments
• Property development and land promotion agreements
• Property finance and refinancing
• General property management and asset transactions

The team advises a diverse client base including SMEs, investors, developers, and owner-managed businesses.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical ability with a commercial and practical approach
• Proven experience managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and collaborative team player
• Desire to build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development
