An award-winning national law firm is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Commercial Property Partner with a focus on investment property work to join its respected Real Estate team in Southampton. The Role
You will lead on complex and high-value commercial property investment transactions, working with institutional investors, asset managers, developers, and corporate occupiers. You'll have the opportunity to shape team strategy, grow client relationships, and contribute to wider business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management for investment clients
• Oversee major property transactions, funding arrangements, and development matters
• Drive business development and originate new client work
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the leadership of the wider real estate group
• Collaborate across teams on cross-disciplinary matters, including tax, construction, and planning

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified Lawyer with a strong commercial property background
• A proven track record in investment property work, ideally at a national or highly regarded regional firm
• Strong client relationships and a network that can complement the firm's existing offering
• Leadership qualities and experience managing or mentoring team members
• A collaborative, strategic mindset and the drive to contribute to firm-wide initiatives
