Job Description - Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a increasing law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who is driven, talented and self-motivated.

Experience of dealing with S25 Notices is an advantage.

This role pays a competitive salary of £35,000 - £55,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as Commercial Property Solicitor:

Be highly organised and efficient
Be a technically competent and tactical solicitor with an ability to analyse risk and utilise commercial knowledge
Be passionate about the client experience and maintaining high standards of client care and quality service.
Have a good, practical understanding of source of funds and AML requirements and be able to assess client requirements and deliver commercial solutions.
Possess exceptional attention to detail
Be able to work within a fast paced environment, whilst managing priorities to meet deadlines.
To enjoy and understand the benefits of working in the office, with colleagues, in order to build and maintain relationships.

About you as Commercial Property Solicitor:

Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 5 years’ PQE in Property Law.
Able to work under pressure
Has experience in dealing with S25 Notices
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
