Reed are currently working with a well-established Legal firm who are renowned for its commitment to excellence and a supportive team environment. They are expanding their Commercial Property Department and are in search of a Solicitor who is ready to contribute to and grow with their dynamic team in either the heart of York or Harrogate (free onside parking).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage in a wide range of property work within a busy Commercial Property Department where you’d manage a high quality caseload
• Work closely with some great clients to understand and meet their business requirements effectively.
• Manage your own files with the support of experienced colleagues, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
• Enjoy the flexibility of working 4/5 days a week with options for flexible working hours to maintain a great work/life balance.
• Provide mentorship to the Legal Assistants and work closely with other departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (open to PQE)
• Proven experience in a commercial property department.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of property-related legal tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships and work effectively within a team.
