Commis Chef (Off-Site Production Kitchen)

Job Description: As a Commis Chef in our off-site production kitchen, you will assist in various aspects of food preparation and production under the guidance of our experienced chefs. Learn and adhere to health and safety standards in the kitchen. Help with the receipt and storage of deliveries, ensuring that all produce is fresh and stored correctly. Gain hands-on experience in different sections of the kitchen, such as bakery, pastry, and hot kitchen. Participate in learning about sustainable practices, including the cultivation and use of home-grown produce. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen at all times. Support the team in inventory management and ensuring minimal food wastage. Be proactive in learning new cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
