Community Care Worker

Overview:

We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Community Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team, providing high-quality support to vulnerable adults within their own homes across Shrewsbury and Bridgnorth.

Your Role:

* Supporting clients with personal care and daily living tasks.

* Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

* Assissting with medication and meal preperation.

* Supporting individuals to remain safe, independant, and comfortable in their own homes through high-quality domiciliary care.

* Reporting any concerns or changes in wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

* Full UK driving licence OR access to reliable transport - required.

* A caring and positive attitude.

* Good communication skills.

* Reliability and compassion.

* Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training can be provided.
