Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker in Enfield.

The Community Support worker will assist with the provision of high quality and comprehensive support to the service user and empower them to plan, work towards and achieve their care and health outcomes.

Pay rate – £13.06 PAYE / £16 Umbrella per hour

Main Responsibilities

As a Reablement Officer you will be responsible for:

• As required within the service, to assist level 2 community support workers in the implementation of person centred plans and individualised programmes of support

• Assist colleagues with key working of service users

• Provide appropriate and practical assistance and support to meet the needs and requirements of service users, individually and as a team.

• To assist level 2 workers in the administration of medication adhering to all guidelines and procedures.

• To ensure that the physical and personal needs of people are adequately and appropriately met.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Enhanced DBS
