Your new role
You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, develop policies, and uphold ethical standards. You will also identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to protect the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in compliance within financial services, accountancy, or law firms.
• Strong knowledge of professional regulations, including ICAEW, AML laws, and data privacy requirements.
• Analytical skills to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and promote compliance awareness.
• Ability to manage policy development, compliance audits, client due diligence, and regulatory reporting.
