You'll take the lead in coaching and mentoring learners out on-site and in the classroom, helping them develop their skills, smash their goals, and nail their End Point Assessments. With your support, they'll learn more than just how to mix mortar - they'll master the skills, behaviours, and mindset that set them apart in the industry.

The ideal candidate will live within a 25 miles radius of Cambridge, have a background in Plumbing and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Construction.
