Construction Tutor (Multi Skills)

Are you an experienced construction tutor with skills across more than one trade?

We're recruiting a Multi-Trade Tutor in Manchester to deliver practical construction training to learners from Entry Level 3 through to Level 1.

You'll deliver across areas including:

* Plastering

* Joinery

* Tiling

* Bricklaying

* Painting & Decorating

The role:

* Deliver practical workshop-based construction training

* Teach and assess Entry Level and Level 1 learners

* Plan engaging practical sessions

* Monitor and support learner progress

* Adapt delivery for different learner abilities

* Support learners with additional needs where required

What we're looking for:

* Strong practical construction experience

* Experience across multiple trades

* Level 3 teaching qualification

* Previous teaching/training experience

* Good communication and learner-engagement skills

You don't need to be an expert in every trade listed. We're looking for someone with good all-round construction knowledge who is comfortable delivering across several areas.
