Short Form Content Creator (3 month contract)

Location: Must be able to work in Swindon 1–2 days a week.

Hours: To be discussed, this role is open to flexible hours to suit the individual.

REED Marketing & Creative are excited to be partnering with a Swindon based client who are looking for a short-form content creator to help expand visibility for their fashion focused products across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook on the run up to Christmas 2025. You’ll be creating and posting daily content that aligns with their brand, with a strong focus on building their TikTok presence.

You’ll need to be confident filming and editing short-form videos, coming up with creative ideas, spotting trends early, and bringing the brand to life in a fun and relatable way.

This role includes:

• Keeping an eye on what’s working in the industry
• Expanding brand visibility across social platforms
• Building a strong presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Driving engagement and reach through creative content
• Increasing follower base and community interaction
• Boosting social media traction and brand awareness
• Developing engaging content to attract and retain audiences
• Creating viral and trend-driven content to grow online presence

You will be capturing behind-the-scenes content, posting product videos and reaching out to influencers!

What we’re looking for:

• You love creating content
• You’re always on TikTok and know what’s trending
• Experience with short-form editing tools (CapCut, InShot)
• A good eye for storytelling and scripting ideas
• Proactive, reliable, and full of ideas
• Most importantly, you LOVE Christmas!!!
