Conveyancer

Join our clients dynamic residential new homes team as a part time Conveyancer in their Portsmouth office. This role is perfect for someone looking to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a focus on delivering premium services without the pressure of targets. This position offers a clear path for career progression within a stable and growing firm.

• Work part-time, 2-3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday) with full days and office based.
• Handle general conveyancing with a specialism in New Builds, including luxury retirement villages and new developments.
• Manage the complete conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service delivery to high net worth clients.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of 22 professionals, ranging from partners to associates, within the residential new homes sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solicitor or CLC qualified with experience in conveyancing. May also potentially consider candidates who a wealth of experience who are non-qualified.
• Specialised experience in New Builds is highly desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a capacity to 'hit the ground running'.
• Strong commitment to providing premium-level client service without the pressure of sales targets.
