Job Description - Conveyancer

PART TIME ROLE

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a sociable team environment? This opportunity could be the perfect fit.

A boutique, close-knit legal consultancy is seeking a skilled Conveyancer to independently manage a residential caseload from instruction to completion. This position offers flexibility around working hours, a warm, family-friendly culture, and rewarding bonus incentives.

The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied conveyancing caseload, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Non-formal lease matters

Note: No shared ownership or new build unless specifically qualified.
Requirements

Essential: Ability to manage a caseload independently, with minimal supervision
Desirable: Qualified (CLC, CILEx, or SRA)
Experience in handling sales and purchases confidently
Proactive and comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment
