CONVEYANCER

Hours: Part Time (25 to 30 hours, 3 days, 4 days or condensed hours)

A fantastic opportunity to join a first class, highly regarded full-service law firm in their Bradford office to work as a Conveyancer. You will be working as part of a supportive and friendly department handling your own caseload with assistance from a Conveyancing Assistant.

Daily Duties

• Day to day running of a manageable case load
• Progressing Sales and Purchase transactions from outset to completion
• Title Checking
• Client care.

Required Skills

• Previous case handling experience is essential.
