Key Duties

• Delivering administrative backing to the fee earner in the property division
• Liaising with clients, solicitors on the other side, estate agencies, and other key contacts
• Responding to incoming communications and providing quotations for prospective clients
• Opening new matters and assisting with onboarding procedures
• Assisting with document handling in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Managing phone and email enquiries, dealing with straightforward issues or escalating where appropriate
• Overseeing the exchange process under the direction of the conveyancer
• Closing down files – including obtaining redemption figures, compiling financial breakdowns, preparing internal paperwork, and dispatching final correspondence

• Remuneration – Pay is competitive and aligned with experience
• Leave – 20 days holiday (pro rata), plus public holidays and two additional days over Christmas

• Schedule – Three days per week, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Who They’re Looking For The perfect applicant will:

• Have previous experience providing legal admin support, especially in residential conveyancing
• Be highly organised and capable of managing a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and in writing
• Maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail in all duties
