Conveyancing Fee Earner

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous law firm based in West Yorkshire, which is in need of a Conveyancing Fee Earner.

You will be responsible for your own caseload to include new builds, freehold, leasehold, sales & purchases as well as Sharia Compliant HPP transactions from instruction through to completion while being supported by Leap case management system & other members within the team.

They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Fee Earner:

• Manage your own caseload, using your initiative, collaborating with colleagues, and working as part of a team to achieve department goals; have carer goals and ambitions for progression and personal development.
• Dealing with a wide and varied caseload as well as clients, working alongside talented and motivated colleagues, to deliver excellent client care and professionalism.
• Commercial conveyancing experience and the ability to lead, inspire, train and supervise members of the team, which include qualified and unqualified fee earners.
