A leading South Coast law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (4-8 PQE) to join its thriving and highly regarded Winchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside expert lawyers on high-quality corporate matters, within a firm known for its strong culture, collaborative approach, and commitment to client service.

The Role

You'll work on a broad range of corporate transactions including:

• Mergers & acquisitions (share and asset sales)
• Private equity investments
• Corporate reorganisations and restructures
• Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Commercial contracts and business advisory

You'll work closely with an established client base ranging from start-ups and SMEs to large private companies and investors across sectors including tech, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-8 years' PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate transactions with minimal supervision
• Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-led mindset
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Keen to support junior colleagues and contribute to the team's development
• Interest in business development and client relationship management
