An established and progressive national law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join its dynamic and collaborative team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, working with a diverse client base and alongside highly experienced lawyers in a supportive environment.

The Role
You'll advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements
• Business restructures
• Joint ventures
• Commercial contracts and trading agreements
• Corporate governance and compliance

You'll have direct client contact and be encouraged to play an active role in business development and client relationship management.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-5 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law
• Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in handling transactional work
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• A client-focused approach with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in developing business through networking and marketing initiatives
• A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to a growing and forward-thinking practice
