As a Corporate Lawyer, you will manage a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company restructures, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. You will work closely with a team of talented legal professionals, providing high-level legal advice to corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company structures, and commercial agreements
• Provide high-quality legal advice to corporate clients on various business matters
• Assist with due diligence, corporate governance, and corporate compliance issues
• Collaborate with senior team members and other departments to deliver integrated legal solutions
• Provide support to junior team members when needed

Requirements:

• Solicitor or CILEX with over 3 years' PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrable experience in handling corporate transactions and advisory work
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
