A respected regional law firm with a strong reputation in the South is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate or Partner to join its expanding Bournemouth office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in their career with genuine prospects for leadership and practice development.

The Role

You will play a key role in driving the growth of the corporate team in Bournemouth, working closely with senior management and contributing to the firm's strategic objectives. You'll handle a wide range of corporate transactions, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Private equity and venture capital
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder and joint venture arrangements
• Business and asset sales
• Corporate governance and advisory work

You will be encouraged to develop the team, mentor junior lawyers, and actively contribute to business development.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Currently operating at Senior Associate or Partner level
• Proven experience leading corporate transactions and managing client relationships
• Track record of business development and/or a portable client following (preferred but not essential)
• Entrepreneurial outlook with a collaborative leadership style
• Keen to play a central role in expanding a corporate offering within a well-established firm
