Corporate Solicitor - 3+ PQE- Warwickshire | Hybrid with only 1 Day Office Working | £60,000 - £80,000 DOE

I’m currently working with a leading Legal 500 law firm based in Warwickshire that’s looking to grow their well-established Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE who is seeking flexibility, strong work-life balance, and the chance to work with a highly regarded team.

The Role:

Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of corporate law
Support and mentor junior members of the team
Maintain and develop technical knowledge and share insight across the team
Contribute to business development, marketing, and networking opportunities
Collaborate on cross-functional matters with other departments

What We're Looking For:

3+ years PQE in corporate law
A solid grounding in corporate legal matters
Excellent technical and drafting skills
Ability to manage strong client relationships and collaborate effectively
Commercial awareness and a proactive, organised approach
Exposure to one or more of: Tax, Intellectual Property, Charity Law, Agricultural Law (advantageous)
