We are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join our clients team, focusing on Corporate, Company and Commercial Law work. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience while contributing to the development of a long-established, forward-thinking, and expanding firm. The successful candidate will be involved in strategic marketing, networking, and bringing new high-quality clients to the firm.

• Handle a broad range of Corporate, Company and Commercial Law matters, including buying and selling businesses and Commercial Contract work.
• Prepare agreements and other technical commercial documents.
• Actively participate in the firm’s marketing, article drafting, public relations, business development, social media, and networking activities.
• Keeping up to date with Company Law and Commercial Law matters
• Manage workload efficiently and organise to meet clients' demanding requirements.

• Circa 3 years to Mid-level PQE in Corporate Law, Company Law, Commercial Law or Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Ability to communicate effectively technical legal issues in writing using plain English.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT proficiency.
• Enthusiastic, willing, and a strong team player with an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness.
