Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager – Accountancy Practice
Location: West Kent
Salary: Up to £80,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits

A highly regarded and growing accountancy practice in West Kent is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join their established team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional looking to step into a leadership role with long-term progression to Director. You’ll be working with a wide range of clients across various sectors, delivering both compliance and advisory services.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses
• Lead on complex advisory work, such as group restructuring, R&D claims, due diligence and corporate planning
• Review corporation tax returns and computations
• Work closely with Partners on high-value tax planning projects
• Provide supervision, mentoring and training to junior team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

About You:

• CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong corporate tax experience)
• Proven experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Confident dealing with a wide range of corporate tax matters
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
• Ambitious and looking for a role with long-term development
