Our client, an established law firm, is seeking a skilled Corporate Commercial Solicitor to support the growth of their thriving corporate commercial team in Exeter.

The Corporate Commercial Senior Associate or Partner level Solicitor will pick up an existing and busy caseload with no shortage of quality work in this team. The firm is looking for a "do-er", but also someone able to play a key role in driving the growth of the corporate commercial team forward in our course, and delivering exceptional legal services to clients.

The work is a good mix of Commercial Contracts & Corporate, weighted slightly more towards commercial work currently. No following is required for this role given the established workflow already in place.

• Support the continued quality client service offering and growth of the corporate commercial team
• Handle existing workload
• Provide expert advice on corporate transactions and general matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements

• 5 years + PQE gained in an established law firm
• Strong corporate experience (transactional and general)
• Solid commercial contracts experience (general contracts, supply, distribution, franchise agreements, terms and conditions)
• IP and IT experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting
