Cover Supervisor

Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a school located in Grimsby that is seeking a flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor that can support the Secondary School with cover needs on a full-time basis. The position is permanent and requires the ideal candidate to be available Mon - Fri.

The position involves the following:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students are focused.
• Be adaptable in the classroom and overcome challenges following behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Demonstrate professional and positive attitudes in the classroom.
• Collaborate with members of staff on site and encourage good behaviour from students.

• Experience working within an educational role.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to undergo one)
• Right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory References

The rate for this role will be £90 - £130 per day.
