Key Responsibilities:

• Managing student behaviour effectively to create a focused and respectful classroom environment

• Quickly adapting to different classes and school expectations

What We're Looking For:

• Strong behaviour management skills and confidence in handling classroom challenges
• Previous experience working in a school or with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A passion for education and training, with a focus on supporting student development
• The ability to engage and motivate students in the classroom
• A degree in any subject (preferred)
