About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with students, and a confident classroom presence. Key Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects, ensuring students remain focused and engaged.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide guidance and support to students to ensure productive use of lesson time.
• Take attendance and report on lesson progress to teaching staff.
• Assist with general administrative tasks when cover is not required.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. Previous experience in education is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
