Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in local schools? ?
Do you have a passion for supporting students and keeping the classroom running smoothly in the absence of a teacher? ?

Mana Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis in secondary schools across Northampton, Daventry, Towcester, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby and nearby towns. We offer both day-to-day cover and long-term placements. ?

?? The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set work to students
- Manage classroom behaviour ????
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment ?
- Gain experience across a variety of schools

? Requirements:
- Previous experience working in UK schools (essential) ?
- Own transport (essential ??)
- A confident and professional approach to classroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ??
