TeachMatch is working with a network of high-performing secondary schools across Wirral, seeking confident and experienced Cover Supervisors to deliver high-quality classroom cover. This is a great opportunity for reliable professionals with strong behaviour management and classroom presence.

What you'll do

• Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Maintain order, engagement, and focus in the classroom

• Follow school behaviour policies and routines

• Provide feedback to teachers and departments

• Support learning continuity in the teacher's absence

What we're looking for

• At least 6 months' experience in a cover supervisor or similar classroom-based role

• Confident behaviour management and ability to lead a class

• Calm, professional, and flexible approach

• Punctual, organised, and reliable

• Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain)
