Cover Supervisor

The Teach Team are looking for Cover Supervisors for Schools situated in North Birmingham. We work with some large Secondary Schools they will be requiing cover from September.

Cover Superviisors play a crucial role within schools, providing short term cover for teachers to ensure continuity of learning. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Classes -Supervising and leading classes as directed by the school management, ensuring students continue with planned learning activities.
• Maintaining Discipline -Managing student behaviour to create a productive learning environment.
• Following Lesson Plans -Carrying out lesson plans left by the absent teacher to keep students on track
• Supporting Learning -Assisting students with tasks and activities as needed

Requirements

• Often requires a good level of education (typically a Deghree)
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is beneficial.
• Ability to manage classes effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.

Start Date: September
Days /Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 3.30 pm
Contract: Day to Day / Long Term
Pay: £110 - £150 depending on experience
