• £95 - £100 per day, dependant on experience and setting

We are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors who are available to work for 1-5 days per week and who can cover a range of subjects.

If you are a Teacher, a Cover Supervisor or experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for work life balance or, an Early Career Teacher looking to gain more confidence in the classroom, we would love to hear from you.

NextGen Teachers are an Education Recruitment Agency currently working with a number of schools located in and around the Swanley area and are seeking to recruit Qualified Teachers, Cover Supervisors or experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants who are interested in flexible working on a supply, part-time or full-time basis.

No matter your subject, we will have some work for you and we advise that all Supply / Cover Teachers have a range of subjects that you are happy to cover. All of the planning will be provided by the school and NextGen Teachers will call you daily / weekly for work.

Successful applications will have:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor / HLTA/ Supply Teacher
• Degree required
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
• Ability to start in new roles at short notice
• Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to new settings
• A passion for the education sector and supporting students
• 1-5 days of weekly availability
• 2x professional references
• Right to work in the UK
