The Supply Register is proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner for Tudor Grange Academy Trust. We are currently looking to appoint dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisors to join the bank of trusted staff at Tudor Grange Academy Redditch, starting this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive secondary school that has a high percentage of SEND pupils and a specialist on-site provision supporting pupils with additional needs.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering pre-set work to classes in the absence of teaching staff

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring learning continues smoothly

• Providing additional support to SEND pupils when required

• Previous experience working in schools or with young people (essential)

• SEND experience or a strong interest in supporting pupils with additional needs

• Calm, confident, and adaptable individuals

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A genuine passion for education and pupil development

• Forward-thinking and supportive leadership team

• Strong focus on inclusion and pastoral care

• Well-resourced with a dedicated SEND provision on site
