Cover Supervisor - Cheltenham

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain focused and engaged

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a calm, positive classroom environment

Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

Support students with their learning and encourage participation

Communicate with teachers and school staff regarding pupil progress and behaviour

Provide general classroom support across a range of subjects as required

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people, ideally in schools or educational settings

Confident in front of a classroom and able to engage students

Strong communication and organisational skills

Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about supporting students' learning

Passionate about education and helping young people succeed
