Role Details:

• Position: Cover Supervisor
• Location: Blackburn (various secondary schools)
• Job Type: Full-time & Part-time available
• Start Date: Immediate start available
• Pay Rate:£100 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring students remain on task
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and managing classroom behaviour
• Supporting students and fostering a positive learning environment
• Adhering to school policies and safeguarding procedures
• Reporting any concerns or incidents to senior staff

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or TeachingAssistant is preferred
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• A valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to provide professional references from previous employment or studies
