Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible, rewarding work in local secondary schools?
We’re working in exclusive partnership with a large Multi-Academy Trust whose schools now come directly to The Supply Register for their staffing needs. We are recruiting Cover Supervisors to support their schools across East Birmingham, Solihull, and North Worcestershire.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, maintaining classroom behaviour, ensuring students remain on task, and reporting any issues to senior staff. You’ll be a vital part of the school day, ensuring learning continues uninterrupted.

• Individuals with previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting

• Confident classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Adaptability and the ability to engage students across a range of subjects

• A genuine passion for supporting young people in education

• A good understanding of safeguarding practices

• Ideally, educated to degree level or with a background in education/youth work
