  • Weekdays: £25.50 - £26.50 per hour

  • Saturdays/Nights: £30.50 - £31.50 per hour

  • Sundays/Bank Holidays: £35.50+ per hour

A Day in the Life of a CPN:
Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and make a real difference in the lives of young people within a Crisis CAMHS team. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations

• Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans

• Medication management and participation in duty rotas

• Carrying a caseload and providing continuity of care

• Overseeing students and supporting their learning and development

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals

• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current and valid NMC registration and PIN

• Essential: Experience working within a CAMHS Crisis team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This part-time role requires availability for 1 long day per week, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. The contract is for 3 months ongoing, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service needs.
