Credit Controller

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded client in Nantwich who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their small and supportive Finance team.

As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing the debtor ledger - worth approximately £2.6 million - for a range of major retail clients. You'll be handling Credit Control primarily via email and customer portals, ensuring timely payments and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Chasing outstanding debt from a high volume of accounts

• Managing queries and building rapport with major customers

• Updating systems and portals with accurate records

• Working collaboratively with the wider finance team

• Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

• Hours: 30 hours per week or full-time hours - flexible working arrangements available (e.g. school hours)

• Hybrid working: Once trained, the role can offer hybrid working

• On-site parking
