Credit Controller

Credit Controller | Blackpool (Office Based) | £26-28k | Part-Time

Talentedge is supporting a well-established and customer-focused business in the Blackpool area in finding an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This is a permanent, part-time position, offering 24 hours a week.

This is a standalone role within the finance team, with responsibilities primarily focused on maintaining strong debtor relationships and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debtor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Sales Invoice Process: Develop a solid understanding of our products and sales invoice procedures.
• Customer Query Resolution: Respond to and resolve invoice and payment-related queries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Debt Collection: Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms and contractual obligations.
• Ensure efficient collaboration with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support smooth invoicing and payment processes and promptly resolve any issues impacting customer accounts.

Benefits & package:

• Salary £26-28k (full-time equivalent)
• 24 hours a week, over 3, 4 or 5 days (flexible on candidate requirements)
