Responsibilities:
As an Interim Credit Controller, you will…
• Proactively chase aged debt via phone, email, and letter.
• Allocate remittances and payments accurately across customer accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve queries.
• Prepare and present regular debtor reports for finance management.
• Monitor credit limits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end processes related to accounts receivable.
• Escalate overdue accounts when necessary and support recovery action.
• Support ongoing finance process improvements and system updates.

Requirements:
As an Interim Credit Controller, you will need…
• Proven experience in a credit control role, ideally within a busy finance department.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in finance software (e.g., Sage, Eclipse, SAP) and Excel.
• High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
