Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following positions available:

Position: Crisis Recovery Worker x2

Location: York

Rate: £16.50 per hour via Umbrella

Length: 6- 8 Weeks initially

Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support individuals in mental health crisis within a recovery-focused service
• Answer incoming calls from service users and professionals providing timely and appropriate support
• Deliver one-to-one support sessions tailored to individual needs and recovery goals
• Facilitate group support sessions to encourage peer connection and shared learning
• Respond calmly to distress and de-escalate challenging situations using appropriate techniques

Essential Criteria:

• Enhanced DBS (Adult & Child)
• Previous experience in a similar role or Mental Health Setting
