Location: National Watersports Centre, Nottingham NG12 2LU
Salary: £12.21 per hour plus Serco benefits
Schedule: 20 hours per week to cover a mixture of early, late & weekend shifts
Fixed term contract until September

As a Customer & Operations Assistant in our Fox Hollies team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality operational and customer service support across the centre. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations — ensuring the facility runs safely and smoothly, visitors receive a warm and professional welcome, and every experience from enquiry to activity is seamless. From managing reception and bookings to carrying out safety checks and supporting site presentation, you’ll help create a safe, organised, and memorable environment for all our guests.
