Exciting Customer Service Advisor Roles - Edinburgh

We're hiring a Customer Service Advisors to join our client's vibrant team in Dalkeith, Lasswade or Edinburgh!

What you'll be doing:

• Providing friendly, expert support via phone and email to customers about products and orders

• Helping customers navigate their online orders and managing back-office processes

• Coordinating with logistics, retail, and repair teams to ensure smooth order delivery and after-sales care

• Building strong relationships using CRM tools and supporting ongoing customer needs

• Being the go-to contact for all things related to the brand and its products

Role Details:

• Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (1 in 2 Saturdays)

• Pay rate: £23,500 per annum

• Contract: 6-month fixed term initially

• Start date: ASAP
