Position: Customer Service Administrator - 6 months temp.
?? Location: Coventry (Hybrid - see schedule below)
?? Pay Rate: £14.78 per hour
?? Start Date: Immediate

?? Work Schedule:
Wednesdays: Mandatory in-office (Team Day)
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Remote working possible, subject to business needs
First 3 Weeks (Training): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10:00am- 4:00pm
?? Requirement: Basic DBS Check
?? Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused administrator to support the processing of grants for works/adaptations for disabled tenants. You'll play a vital role in helping clients move forward with important home improvements.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Process grant applications accurately and efficiently
Input and extract data using internal systems and Excel
Follow structured procedures and maintain compliance
Contact clients to confirm grant approval and explain next steps
Liaise with internal teams to support service delivery
? Skills & Experience Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working with data and IT systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow processes carefully
