Are you a friendly and organised individual who enjoys working with the public? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team at Carsington Water Visitor Centre for the summer season!

Contract Details:

• Start: Immediate
• End: Early September (3-month contract)
• Pay: £14 per hour
• Location: Carsington Water, Derby
• Hours: Must be available to work 2 weekends out of 4

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming visitors to the centre and providing excellent customer service
• Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries
• Managing booking systems and diary appointments
• Supporting the front desk and day-to-day visitor operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
• Friendly and approachable with a customer-first mindset
• Reliable and able to commit to weekend working
